How I can help you fuel better

Fuelling for Training

Eating enough at the right times to get the most from every session. This includes heavy training days and periodised nutrition.

Race and match day

A race fuelling plan for before, during and after, practised in training so your gut is ready, including personalised hydration guidance.

Recovery

Carbs, protein, and fluids to maximise recovery and adaptation, so you can hit your next session or race hard.

Supplements

What may be worth taking, what isn't, and how to stay safe with anti-doping rules.

Sports nutrition for every sport and every level

I work with athletes and active people across all sports, from weekend warriors to elite competitors. Here are a few I see often:

Hyrox and Hybrid Events

Fuelling demanding hybrid training blocks, race day nutrition, recovering between back-to-back sessions, and appropriate use of supplements.

Surfing

Fuelling long and cold-water sessions and dawn starts, quick snacks and hydration between heats, and keeping your energy up on surf trips.

Young athletes (11+)

Enough energy for growth as well as training, practical food for school days and match days, and parents involved in every session.

Team sports

Nutrition for training and match days, recovery between fixtures, timing carbs and protein around sessions, and eating well when travelling for away games.

Your sport?

Swimming, climbing, racket sports, combat sports, dance or the gym: a fuelling plan built around your sport's demands, your training schedule and your goals.

Endurance (running, triathlon, cycling)

Carbohydrate periodisation to match your training load, in-race fuelling and gut training, hydration and electrolytes, and avoiding low energy availability.
