Hello, I am Evie.

I am a HCPC-registered dietitian with multiple years of experience helping people improve their health, performance, and relationship with food.

After gaining a first-class honors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I began my career in the NHS and have worked with individuals of all ages in community and hospital settings to support them to manage or prevent health difficulties through nutrition. For the past three years, I have specialised in eating disorders and am also trained in Specialist Supportive Clinical Management, which is a therapy for Anorexia Nervosa. I provide a compassionate, therapeutically-informed, evidenced-based approach to nutrition which I have developed through my clinical experience.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of working in sports nutrition with the Harlequins Women’s Academy and supporting individual athletes to achieve their goals. I’m also currently completing a Master’s in Sports Nutrition (finishing in October 2025) and have experience guest lecturing on eating disorders in sport at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

My approach combines scientific knowledge, therapeutic techniques and behaviour change strategies to provide holistic care that empowers clients to make lasting changes – whether they’re working towards recovery, health, or peak performance

A bit about me….

I LOVE the outdoors and sports, and spend my time surfing, running, swimming, hiking, and in the gym. I had a short and sweet part-time running career, where I competed in 800m - 10km distances until retiring at the ripe old age of 22, but I still love running now (slowly and for the scenery). I also enjoy a good book, and discussing it at a book club, as well as drawing and painting to relax.
